Glistening Waters

Sapphire blue

calm sparkling

waters

glistening in

sun’s rays

a moment’s

reflecting

contemplating

capturing

the warmth

of

nature’s beauty.

  2. Oh Iris, this describes how the ocean looked here, recently. My camera didn’t quite capture it –but my heart did.

  4. This one is fresh and truly evocative… i love the watery imaginary over here and made me think Of Gaston Bachelard’s “The Poetics of The Space”… He would probably link water with depth and a descendant (maybe also inner) dialectic…
Very well penned!… best wishes and happy weekend to you, Iris,
    Aquileana 😀

    • Such a remarkable comment! I can understand that you read poetry with great imagination and visualise the words in a very creative way. 🙂 Thank you for your deep thoughts and sharing of Gaston Bachelard’s “The Poetics of Space”.
