On Blue Waters

White sails on the harbour

Sparkling blue waters

Waves calm on a

warm summer’s day

at Salamanca Place.

~

The light breeze

Sails catching the wind

fluttering as the yachts

gathered momentum

towards the waterfront.

~

The summer of blue skies

Flock of birds

waltzing in the breeze

The air is filled with birdsong …

Symphony of the morning.

  2. Enjoyed the progression of the still water, then it moving and catching the sails. Beautiful images, Iris.
