Music Within The Words

The music of life

it seems to me

a paradise where

roses bloom

beside a garden wall

when stars are bright

the nightingale sings

a melody of

love’s refrain

a song at twilight

a symphony of hues

the magic of poetry!

Garden Of Roses

The beautiful Jacaranda tree

in full bloom

of blue and purple hues

Butterflies flit freely

beside the lake of sparkling waters

Rose shrubs of spicy perfume

attract the birds of the air

whistling a happy tune

with praise and gratitude

to the Creator of all things

bright and beautiful

My heart with pleasure sings

on this glorious spring day.

Sweeter Than Honey

Ripe fruit sweeter than honey

Sweet flowers like perfumed roses

Summer’s beauty in love’s song

The songbird sings for joy

The songbird sings for joy.

Spring In the Air

Melodies of spring

swallows twittering

robin redbreast whistling

season of beauty and growth

rosy hues sweet as love.

~

Joy that overflows

bliss of pleasure

fills the heart

perfume evocative of spring.

The Joy Of Rosebuds!

Hope is the joy

like fresh dew

on rosebuds

in morning light.

Such Alluring Days

Sweeter than honey

Brighter than golden

Showers of sunshine

Days of summer roses

Fragrance and warmth.

~

Nature sounds

Songbirds’ chorus

Lyrical

Ode to joy

Music sweet as love.

~

Garden of pleasure

Adoring pink blossoms

Hearts of love

Precious as diamonds

Shining brilliantly

Illuminating the heavens above.
