Softly

Softly

Moonbeams entice the

waves

Ripples glistening

Eyes twinkle like

stars

Magic in the

moonlight

Enchanting Lagoon

Jewel of dreamy lagoon

Pristine golden sands

to water’s edge

As the setting sun

disappears out of sight

A glowing red sunset

opens up a spectacular

vista over the horizon

Endless spectrum of colours

The dreamy lagoon

~

Magical strings

echoing serenades

Melodies to the rhythm

of gentle waves

under canopy of stars

The enchanting lagoon

Wanderlust

The rainforest

wildflowers and wild birds

They are the miracles

if we choose to

not blindly pass through.

~

Will we choose to wander

never to behold

the beauty

the mundane is

so eager to offer?

~

A world so pristine

awaits on

the tips of our lashes.

Some Enchanted Evening

Bright moonbeams

golden like a smile

on rippling waters shine

this night

Reflections aglow

so enchanting

such a lovely evening

this charming autumn night

cruising on the river.

On Moonlight Hill

That Red Rose Café

on a high and windy hill

The magical fingers

of the Spanish guitarist

mesmerising diners

captivating hearts

He strummed and he sang

into the night …

and Into the night

the misty moonlight

peering through the window

The world stood still …

Sunset By The Lagoon

An evening of stars

scintillating

The wonder

of magical strings

violins and guitars

Summer breeze

light of the silvery moon

hues of silhouettes

twilight sky

mosaic of colours

Loveliest night

dreams come true

a beautiful lagoon.

Quiet Solitude

Soothing sounds

of gentle waves

the ebbing tide

a rickety pier

lone fishing boat

out at sea

a dreamy haven.

On Moonlit Waters

The esplanade

bright harbour lights

a ship sails

serenely

shimmering waters

Wanderlust

The rainforest

wildflowers and wild birds

They are the miracles

if we choose to

not blindly pass through.

~

Will we choose to wander

never to behold

the beauty

the mundane is

so eager to offer?

~

A world so pristine

awaits on

the tips of our lashes.

The Splendour Of Dawn

Post285-MtKinabalu

The Splendour Of Dawn

The River Flows

On a starry silvery night sky

A brilliant golden moon shines

Below the hills

the gentle river flows.

Isle Of Lullabies

Rhythm of blue waves

Lullabies of seashells

Sandy songs of love

And the music lingers on …

The Song Of Poetry

The Song Of Poetry

echoing in the wind

The Song Of Poetry

riding with the waves

A new day begins

The glorious rising sun

of inspiration to sing

The Song Of Poetry.
